Introduction: We are seeking highly skilled and passionate English and Math teachers to join our educational team, dedicated to adult learners aspiring to obtain Bachelor and Master's degrees. The ideal candidates will be experienced in catering to Middle Eastern students, with a strong proficiency in both Arabic and English. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging and effective English and Math lessons tailored to adults preparing for higher education.
- Assess and continuously monitor student progress, providing feedback and personalized support to enhance learning outcomes.
- Develop materials and resources suitable for adult learners with varying levels of proficiency.
- Conduct regular assessments to ensure students are progressing towards their academic goals.
- Collaborate with educational staff to refine curriculum and teaching methods that meet the specific needs of Middle Eastern learners.
- Facilitate a supportive and motivating learning environment that accommodates students' linguistic and cultural backgrounds.
- Organize and lead workshops, seminars, and other educational activities aimed at improving language and mathematical skills.
- Provide guidance and support to students on academic and career development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years teaching experience in English and/or Mathematics, specifically with adult learners.
- Proven experience teaching in the Middle East and understanding of the educational and cultural dynamics.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire learners.
- Ability to design and implement effective teaching strategies tailored to adult learners.
- Familiarity with digital learning platforms and resources.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Teaching certification relevant to English or Mathematics education.
